Want to take a look behind the scenes of classical ballet?
Join an exceptional “barre” session led by Maxime Thomas, a dancer with the Paris Opera. Whether you’re a child or an adult, a beginner or an experienced dancer, these sessions are open to everyone! Maxime Thomas will guide you through the warm-up exercises that precede every class or rehearsal at the Opera: a special opportunity to experience the discipline, grace, and energy of ballet.
A rare chance to share in the passion and discipline of the Opera’s dancers, in a friendly atmosphere that’s accessible to everyone. Come move, breathe, and experience dance from the inside!
Recommended attire: flexible dance or workout clothes.
