With Pictures at an Exhibition, the Daphnis Ensemble offers a sensitive and accessible exploration of one of music’s most famous masterpieces. With family-friendly pricing, this concert-performance invites audiences to let themselves be guided from one painting to the next on a journey where images come to life through sound: a playful way to enter Mussorgsky’s world and share a musical moment with the whole family, regardless of age or familiarity with classical music.

Founded in 2018, the Ensemble Daphnis brings together young musicians united by a shared goal: to introduce audiences to the great repertoire in a new light. Specializing in transcribing major works for its chamber music ensemble, it creates performances where music interacts with theater and storytelling.
