Oboe Masterclass

Gabriel Pidoux is one of the leading figures of the new generation of oboists. Named “Best Instrumental Soloist” at the 2020 Victoires de la Musique Classique, he is acclaimed for the richness of his tone, his expressiveness, and his artistic curiosity. A sought-after chamber musician, guest soloist with numerous orchestras, and founder of the ensemble Le Chapitre, he champions a repertoire ranging from early music to contemporary compositions.

During this masterclass, young oboists will have the opportunity to work alongside him in an exclusive setting.

Open to the public, this event also offers a behind-the-scenes look at the artistic process and a chance to observe the dialogue that develops between a teacher and his students at the heart of the interpretive process.
