“At the Barre” — Dance Class

Join a special “barre” session led by Maxime Thomas, dancer with the Paris Opera. Whether you are a child or an adult, a beginner or an experienced dancer, this class is open to everyone! For almost two hours, Maxime Thomas will guide you through the warm-up movements that precede every class or rehearsal at the Opera: a privileged moment to feel the rigour, grace, and energy of ballet.

This is a rare opportunity to share the passion and discipline of the Opera dancers in a warm and welcoming atmosphere accessible to all. Come move, breathe, and experience dance from the inside!

Recommended attire: flexible dance or sportswear.
